Postures aggravate : Bend Down for 1-2 minutes
While doing some work where posture is acute curve
Postures improve the pain: Lay down in bed
Relax in cushion sofa with spine in obtuse angle.
4)Do you have painful movements at hip joint?
Amit) No
5)Do you have morning stiffness? If yes,for how much time?
Amit) Yes, for 10-15 minutes. But now from one month, I started 1.5 hours walk and I am not having morning stiffness. But in few task where posture is acute for few minutes, I get pain again. During the day also, I can feel little stiffness.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.
In view of clinical details which you have provided,it is apparent that this pain is not of neurological nature.
Possible causes are either due to improper postural habits in routine life else a possible musculoskeletal/rheumatological involvement. At this point,it becomes important to get your L-S spine X-rays done to look for any abnormality.Did you get them done?If yes, please click the images and upload here.Further,I would also like you to get physically examined by a Rheumatologist as his opinion may prove to be crucial in the diagnosis.
Hope that helps.I shall be glad to have you in follow-up,in case of any queries.
