Brief Answer:
might be radiating pain from lower back; follow as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
From your history, it looks like a case of lower back pain radiating to thigh and leg. You have said that muscle and nerve tests are done. So kindly send me those reports.
Also for such history, I would like to suggest doppler study as you are saying that skin over calf muscle feels tight.
Also if such a patient comes to me, I suggest the following-

Avoiding bending, heavy weight lifting.
Physiotherapy like ankle drill, quadriceps etc.
Aceclofenac-thiocolchicoside combination for 7days followed by antacids.
Pregabalin-mecobalamin combination for 1month.
Xray lumber spine AP and lateral view.
Blood for fasting sugar, calcium, vitD3.

You can consult your treating or family doctor about the above and get the prescription done.

Hope this was useful.
Regards.
