Brief Answer:
Get examined by a neurologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Low back pain with definite weakness on examination by a doctor requires Mri testing as xray will not be able to detect disc prolapse.
What is the weakness?
Any difficulty in holding sleepers, foot drop?
Get examined by a neurologist and if required get an Mri spine lumbosacral region.
Continue medications, physiotherapy and precautions as advised.
