I am having lower back pain since last week and it doesn't seem to come down. Though the pain is minor, its uncomfortable sometimes.

Take muscle relaxant tablet, Ultracet morning and night after food for 2 days.
You can take XXXXXXX Pantop 40 mg along to prevent acidity
support your back while sitting for long hours
dont lift heavy weights untill you get recovered
keep hot fermentation over your back which increases blood circulation and give relaxation
get done hot oil massage on your back
you can use volini spray too.
