Brief Answer:
As mention below

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM and thanks for the query
I understand your concern

Is pain associated with any position?
Is it radiating to other part?

Your pain could be due to muscle spasm, arthritis of hip joint, nerve root compression.
I would suggest to consult the orthopaedic surgeon and needs a proper direct examination and investigations like X-ray and MRI scan for proper diagnosis.
Meanwhile take following advises:
Taking pain killers, calcium supplements and oral muscle relaxants can help.
Apply local application of analgesic gel and hot compression.
Take proper rest for 1-2 week.
Do not lie down on soft mattress use hard one.
Do not sit and stand for longer durations.

Hope I have answered your query
If you have further query then I will be happy to help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
