Brief Answer:
Could be Lumbar Spondylosis/ sacroilitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel, Ortjhopedic Surgeon.
In my opinion the pain you are describing could be due to either lumbar spondylosis or bilateral sacroilitis . Please get X rays of the lower spine including Pelvis .
Start mild pain killers and regular spinal strengthening exercises. Once the pain subsides, continue with the exercises
Thanx for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
