Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain
Question: I have back pain just at the top of my pelvic bones on both sides; a bit worse on the left where I also have a torn rotator cuff.
Brief Answer:
Could be Lumbar Spondylosis/ sacroilitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel, Ortjhopedic Surgeon.
In my opinion the pain you are describing could be due to either lumbar spondylosis or bilateral sacroilitis . Please get X rays of the lower spine including Pelvis .
Start mild pain killers and regular spinal strengthening exercises. Once the pain subsides, continue with the exercises
