Brief Answer:
It is not serious.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
First of all, I would like to reassure you that your current symptoms and X-ray findings are not serious and there is no need to worry about them.
As of now, the treatment would be mainly with physiotherapy, such as IFT/ultrasound and back extension exercises.
Pain relief medications may also be used. This could include diclofenac or ibuprofen tablets.
Please attach the doctor's prescription and X-ray reports.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,
