Brief Answer:
The abdomen needs to be examined

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The left iliac fossa in particular and the abdomen in general needs to be examined by your doctor to look for possible rebound tenderness, guarding or rigidity , signs that indicate peritoneal irritation.

An ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis and a Complete blood count may also be advised to confirm any such finding.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
