Brief Answer:
Pain most likely due to lumbar spondylosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I am Dr Gopal Goel , Orthopedic Surgeon.
your pain does not appear to be due to degenerated disc directly but more like lumbar spondylosis. The disc pain is more in the evening and less in the morning while pain of spondylosis can be more on getting up in the morning.
I would recommend painkillers at bed time , muscle relaxants and most important exercises for strengthening spinal muscles to be done twice daily.
Hope this will be useful for you. Please feel free to ask any other question.
