Brief Answer:
Can be Canine Prominence, not a pathology...

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome back..

As per your complain a Prominence over the canine tooth that hit hard like a bone a d not painful along with color of the lip can be Bony Prominence known as Canine Prominence that is not a pathology but a normal anatomical structure..

A confirmation can however by done by clinical evaluation and x Ray..
So consulting a local dentist and getting an x ray done will help..

You can upload x Ray or images on the question page and if you do not find an option contact Customer support for guidance..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
