Suggest Treatment For Lump On Penis

Question: Hello Doctor. 2 days a go, I have noticed something inside my penis, on the right side, a little bit at the bottom. It is like a size of half peas. I have masturbated two days before that day. It doesn't hurt me but I am really stressed out. It is not right under the skin but a little bit far. I can feel with my hand it when my penis is in erection or not. What can it be? I hope that is nothing to do with a tumor. Thank you. I don't have insurance to go to a hospital. I am going to my country in 40 days. Can I wait until I go there and get checked?
Brief Answer:
lump in penis
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
You seem to be having sebaceous cyst. Sebaceous cyst gets formed because of blockage of sweat glands. Sebaceous cyst is usually asymptomatic and no intervention is needed. There is no fear of development of cancer and you can easily wait for 40 days before you see doctor in your country.
I shall be sure if you coulkd send me a pic also.
Take care
Sincerely
Rajiv Goel

I got you doctor. Thank you for your answer. But do you think it is sebaceous cyst when it is not right under the skin and you can't see it or try to pop it? It is a little bit halfway and like a rice size. It is not too hard. I can only feel it with my hand. Sometimes i feel like it is closed to a vein
Brief Answer:
Fibrosed blood vessel
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
It is not a sebaceous cyst. You can be either having fibrosed blood vessel or a neurofiroma. You don't need any treatment for either of the two.
If it is a fibrosed blood vessel then the lump shall disappear by itself over the next few weeks. It it is neurofibroma then it shall remain like this forever without troubling yourself.
Take care,
Sincerely,
