Brief Answer:
Need testing
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal. I have read your message. I think I can help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible hematoma. And as you said it may be related to the muscles.
The ideal way to find out what this is to get a ultrasound of the region. An MRI is a better option but is more expensive.
I think I would suggest testing the same to you.
Do let us know the report for further information.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal

Thank you... i was wondering if indeed it is a hematoma, will they prescribe needs for this or does something like this have to be drained? or can these go away on its own? thank you for your time...
Brief Answer:
Depends on the size
Detailed Answer:
Hi
it depends on the size of the hematoma.
If it's a resolving or a small hematoma, then no need for drainage.
Else yes, it would be needed.
