Question: I have a lump that seems to be in the vein in my Penis. I have had it for around a year now I think that causes some pain if i over masturbate. I am 19 year old male and a virgin

As you can see in the picture it looks like its a lump in the vein with an inflamed vein behind it.

Brief Answer:
An Urologist manual examination is mandatory.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXand welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.

Looking at the picture of the penis,it will need an examination by an Urologist.
Yes, it does look like a swelling of the vein.
On examination, one can have an idea, of the type of swelling.

If it doesn't cause any pain,it's unlikely to be an inflammatory swelling.

A penile doppler ultrasound scan, will give an accurate idea of the type of swelling.
As the swelling has not increased in size,it's unlikely to be a malignant swelling.

Do the routine blood tests like,CBC,RBS,platelets,LFT,creatinine and STD tests.
This will help to know,if there're any other causes for this.

Send the reports here, for an expert opinion.
There's no need to stop masturbation.

It causes pain after excessive masturbation, but not if i don't masturbate for a day. Does this mean it is still not inflammatory swelling
