Suggest Treatment For Lumps Behind Palm And Fingers

Question: I had a bite on the Back of my right hand 5 or 6 weeks ago, it was itchy at the time within days there had been small lumps forming and now cover 1/2 of the back of my hand and more starting to come up on my fingers (pointer and middle) and thumb the itching has grown to my fingers and up to my elbow and the lumps seam to be heading that way as well. I have been using "Hydrocortision acetate cream" on it with no result , seen a doctor and then used "Novasone" Mometasone Furoate 1mlg cream on it and again no result. It feels like there is something moving under my skin and its getting not bigger as one thing ? But as multiplying, The back of my hand did become dark, like a bruise but not ike one and it was gone inside 12 hours but the itching and lumps are still there,, and i have have never had lumps on my hands ever ,,? Any Ideas Please
