The lesions inside vagina may be due to irritation or friction.
The outer lesion could be due to folliculitis or sebaceous glands enlargement. These may be due to irritation or friction or close shaving of hairs.
It is unlikely to be due to STDs and it is not due to warts.
You can continue antibiotic. Clean area with warm water twice daily. See that there is no friction or irritation.
You can please get back with details of intercourse history , partner history if any, duration of lesions, any symptoms, any other diseases , investigation reports if any, treatment details, etc.

Thank you for follow up query.
It is unlikely to be due to STDs.
It is likely to be folliculitis as it is recurrent.
Do not trim hair too short. The in growing hairs may be also the reason.
It may be due to rubbing or friction.
It is better to avoid intercourse for now as it can cause friction.
You can use topical antibiotics like mupirocin cream. Continue the oral antibiotics. If it painful antiinflammatory analgesic like brufen can be taken after food.
It is better to use condoms if either of partners have multiple partners.
