Question: Hi I found out a year ago I have a 9mm Meningioma brain tumor on my right lobe. In the past few months I have been experiencing headaches, weakness and numbness in my arms and legs, forgetfulness, and trouble with my vision even after new glasses. could this be from the tumor??

Brief Answer:
Unlikely

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Meningiomas as you must have been told are benign tumors. Their growth rate may differ from one patient to the other, may range from 0 to 78% per year. A 9 mm meningioma is a very small one though. So even accounting for those variations still in only a year its size will be too small to cause those symptoms, even if it was 100%, double, it still would be a small volume to be causing any symptoms.
At most it might cause epileptic seizures but your complaints are not seizures.

Of course a meningioma must be followed by periodic brain imaging so a MRI at some time in the future is advisable, but if the initial diagnosis and the size estimation are correct that meningioma is not the cause of your symptoms.

I remain at your disposal for further questions.
