Sir I visit Dr XXXXXXX brata dash applo hospital bbsr bbsr XXXXXXX He study the patient and he referred medicine nexito 20 and antidept 25 for 3month.some improvement is appear .but he don't willing to meet other to day.to day he take naxito 10.he is good student but he is not going to school today.he has no other problem

As I can see he responded partially to nexito and antidep, there is possibility to add some other drug or treatment as per needs.

From the available description it appears that your son is suffering with depression which is common problem with teen agers.
Regarding medication I feel nexito is good option and it can be continued. The optimum dose of Nexito is 10-20 mg and if he is not responsing with 10 mg well, the dose can be kept higher like 20 mg or 15 mg a day. As you said he already completed three months of treatment and still having lots of symptoms, in my view another medication should be added to current treatment. The another medication can be in form of atypical anti psychotics. When you visit your doctor next time, please talk to him about adding the above said medication. There are about 10 medications from this category and your doctor will decide as per the requirement of the patient.
Secondly psychological intervention s required for better functioning of your son. It is never a better idea to stay at home after the illness. It has been observed that, those who start working early have good outcome in compare to home staying depressed patients. You need to motivate him to attend school, social gatherings, functions and festivals as much as possible.
You also need to motivate him for daily exercise. t is essential to get at least 30-45 minutes per day to keep the brain healthy.
His use of laptop need to be bring down and more disciplinary measures should be taken.
