Suggest Treatment For Metastatic Prostate Cancer

You should be on lupron again
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
If the prostate cancer had spread to the back, then chances are that microscopic cells would remain, either there or somewhere else. Hence in this scenario we don't stop lupron but continue it as long as as PSA is controlled.
In your case I understand that lupron was stopped in May 2012 and PSA started increasing in Oct 2013 (correct me if I am wrong). Hence I strongly feel that even though choline PET does not show anything you should be back on lupron.
It is good to have organic food but so far scientific studies have failed to demonstrate conclusive proof of organics or alternative medicine products and prostate cancer. There has been encouraging small data but nothing confirmatory. Hence I am unable to recommend you the mentioned products.
Hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer further followup queries, if any.
Regards

they work good
Detailed Answer:
There are many new drugs in prostate cancer, some of which are chemotherapy and some are hormonal therapy. They work well.
However, these are used only when lupron +/- bicalutamide has failed. As you had responded well to lupron and the PSA has risen after a long gap, lupron should work again for you.
