Here are the common side effects of Bicalutamide, where all, some or even none of them may occur:

General body pain; stomach pain and constipation; decreased sexual ability; diarrhea; dizziness; frequent urination, especially at night; a headache; hot flashes; nausea; trouble sleeping; weakness.

More severe side effects may occur but this is uncommon. You have to discontinue the medication and seek medical attention if at all you experience any of the following:

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue; difficulty swallowing; unusual hoarseness)...

Black or bloody or even pale stools,
blurred vision or other vision changes;
decreased urine output or bloody urine,

Chest pain; fainting; fever, chills, mental or mood changes (eg, anxiety, depression); muscle aches or weakness, numbness or tingling of the skin
