Brief Answer:
isolation and antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to Hcm.
MRSA is a resistant organism that can spread rapidly. It has got acquired resistance to methicillin that means it's resistant to all penicillin group.
The patient should be treated in isolation with dedicated nursing care.
Antibiotics that can still help are Linezolid , Tigecycline and Teicoplanin.
The treatment should be carried out in consult with a local physician.
