Suggest Treatment For Mid Back Pain
Question: im a 68 yr old female post laproscopic cholecystectomy x 10 days. hx of osteoarthritis, urinary incontinence from o/a bladder and hypertension. recently developed mid area back pain which feels muscular in nature. this pain is interfering with my sleep and causing me to wake up feeling tired. is there anything i can do nutritionally to ease this? or exercise wise? seeing my surgeon for post-op check in 4 days meanwhile....can you help?

Post-cholecystectomy Syndrome(PCS),with indigestion and gases, disturbing your sleep.
In the given scenarios-I would suggest as follows-
a-Be on high carbo-diet with low volumes.
b-Avoid fat in the diet
c-Be on liquid diet with low volume
Tab-Librax(with Chlordizepxide-anxiolytic +Clinidium-antispamodic)-would take care of this pain and help in having sound sleep.
Tab Panto-D(gastro-prokinetic)-1 x 2 times a day- would resolve the mid back pain and would help in getting sound sleep.
Add above medicines-with script from attending doctor there.
