Associated with nausea or vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound?
Character throbbing, Bursting or piercing?
Stress or sleep disturbances?

Migraine headache are more common in winter season and aggravates in many with change in season. No relation to allergies.
If episodes are recurrent then prophylaxis should be taken like Flunarizine or amitryptiline or propranolol or Topiramate or divalproate.
Pain killers like Naproxen can be used for pain.
Rizatriptan or sumatriptan may be used for migraine attacks.
Prevention can be done by taking timely meals, avoiding chocolates, excessive coffee. Take proper sleep.
