Suggest Treatment For Migraine Headaches With Dizziness And Back Pain

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.
Judging from your description your symptoms have a widespread character over several sites. Fibromyalgia might explain many of the symptoms but not all of them and anyway it's a diagnosis which is made after excluding other causes.
Such combination of pain in different sites, joint inflammation, enlarged lymph nodes, skin signs is an indication of a systemic issue such as a rheumatological connective tissue condition or an infection. Now diagnosis of connective tissue conditions are pretty laboratory dependent and may require many tests not routinely done in an ER setting. So a visit to the ER may not be a definitive solution to your problems.
However I still think you should go there to have at least, apart from a basic clinical assessment, also some simple routine tests such as blood count, esr, crp and chemical panel. That would allow to exclude some urgent issues such as an active infection which would require immediate attention.

I am sorry I am answering a little late.
I am not sure whether you just confirmed you regarding the ER or whether perhaps I wasn't about going there or not. I meant that you should go there for some basic screening tests, but should (if those come back normal) keep in mind that if the symptoms persist in the future more tests might be needed on a non urgent basis.
