Brief Answer:
Paracetamol will be helpful..and it's the safest choice..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome back to HCM,

I've gone through your query and understand your concern for your wife..

Well, in this scenario, PARACETAMOL (TYLENOL) is the safest choice for her..she can take 650 mg three times daily after some food for next 2-3 days..It'd be helpful..

Along with it, do make sure she takes ample rest, stay well hydrated by drinking a lot of water, avoid bright sunlight and any kind of stress..

All these will help..however if symptoms doesn't get controlled over next few hours, do get her checked up by any local urgent care facility for a quick clinical examination to rule out any other causes of headache..
