Since you are having frequent headaches, you should start preventive medications such as topiramate or divalproex. These medications would reduce the frequency and severity of headaches. available on prescription by a doctor.
Zolmist nasal spray may be continued for relief of headaches.

Duration of my migraine is 48 hours . So I have to use Zolmist two dose. since the effect of zolmist last for me only 24 hours.
how safe is Zolmist?
Will these medicines topiramate or divalproex. which you prescribed reduce the migraine period as well?
how long I have to take these medicines? what are the side effects?

Zolmist is safe.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back with more information.
It is safe to take two doses of Zolmist.
Yes, topiramate and divalproex would reduce the frequency, severity and duration of headache episodes.
They are reasonably safe.
Topiramate can cause tingling (pins and needles) in feet. In less than 1%, it may cause kidney stones or glaucoma.
Divalproex may cause 4-5 kg weight gain in 5-10% of users after six months of use.
These medications are needed for at least 3-6 months.
