Suggest Treatment For Migraine
Take treatment as advised and get proper rest
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Migraine may be unilateral or bilateral, associated with nausea or vomiting and sensitivity to light or sound.
The presentation may vary in individuals.
The migraine attacks may persist for less than 72 hours.
In case it crosses 72 hours, then possibility of status migrainosus should be considered.
For migraine attack, pain killers like Naproxen or Aceclofenac can be used.
Triptans are also useful during acute attack.
In status migrainosus, Valproate or steroids loading may be required.
Avoid exertion, sleep deprivation, light or sound stimulation.
Take rest.
Visit a neurologist if not improving.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
