Brief Answer:
You are having mild disc prolapse.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and MRI report and understand your concern. You are having chronic backache. Your MRI is showing mild disc prolapse. You need to do physiotherapy and excercises . Analgesic such as ibuprofen are helpful in pain relief. You are advised to get your vitamin D level as vitamin D deficiencies is important cause of backache. If found deficiency you can take vitamin D3 supplements. Your radiating pain on left side is likely to be benefitted by Mecobalamine. It are advised to rest in lateral position with both hips and knees flexed during sleep. Avoid long standing, bending and weight lifting for few months.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
This MRI is sufficient.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back
This MRI is sufficient. As already discussed you should avoid long standing, bending and weight lifting. You are advised to sleep in lateral position with both hips and knees flexed. Avoid heavy work and duty. You are likely to recover in one or two months. See for vitamin D level, if low take supplements of vitamin D3.
Everything else already discussed.
