Brief Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM, a rash can occur with any viral fever

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM, a rash can occur with any viral fever. But what you are describing is more of an urticaria. Could be due to Tylenol that is normally tolerated, but under conditions of fever and already mildly upset stomach, we can develop a reaction. Do try an OTC preparation for acidity and something like Fexofenadine for the rash. regards
