Question: im under immense stress, for the past several weeks I have had sinus issus sometimes better then worse. , I am totally exhausted, feel thirsty and dry mouth at the same time don't want to eat or drink. I feel heaviness on my chest and in center of my back between shoulders. My sinuses feel like they are closed. I have had slight headaches over the past 3 weeks and body aches esp in evening after a days work shoulders, arms back
