Suggest Treatment For Mild Swelling In The Gums Caused By A Tooth Infection
gum or tooth infection, medication, orthopantomograph
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query and the image. as per the image there is slight asymmetry on the right side of the face. As far as the swelling is concerned, I have the following possibilities,
The swelling can be secondary to either tooth or gum infection.
The other possible cause can be any infection in the salivary gland.
I will recommend a visit to an oral physician and get it evaluated. I would advise you to get a radiograph like orthopantomograph to confirm the diagnosis. If I am your treating doctor I would have advised you to take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole(if you are not allergic) in the meanwhile. Do saline gargling.
I hope I have answered your query. If you have any queries reply me back. take care.
