Also Gall bladder is partially distended w/mildly incrd wall tickness 4mm. There is a large 25 mm echogenic calculus seen with the lumen. Suggestive of chronic cholecystitis with cholelithisasis.

Ultrasound findings suggests raised PSA level and mildly enlarged prostate.
Increased PSA may be due to many causes like UTI,prostatitis,cancer etc.
It is important to exclude UTI in your case.There are signs of urinary tract infection(UTI) in your case.You may need culture and sensitivity of urine.You may need antibiotics depending upon report.
If raised PSA level persists in follow up test then you may need prostate biopsy to exclude cancer.
Findings also suggests a large gall bladder calculus with changes of chronic infection.
Medicines are usually not helpful in gall badder calculus.
You should go for definitive treatment of gall bladder calculus.
Definitive treatment of gall bladder calculus is surgical removal of gall bladder(cholecystectomy).
Gall bladder calculus is prone to infection and obstruction,so it is advised to get rid of calculus early.
