Suggest Treatment For Minor Headaches And Pressure Sensation In Head
Question: I'm about to fly for two hours and I have intracranial pressure. I have minor headaches sometimes and my vision is "good". Sometimes I feel pressure in my head when I get excited. I don't and never had a brain tumor or injury to my brain. Would flying cause a problem?
Brief Answer:
Take steps as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The human body adjusts to gravity related pressure changes.
Also the inside of aeroplane is having constant cabin pressure just as on land.
There will not be any problem.
Sometimes(specially during take-off and landing) ear may feel blocked. In such a case try to swallow and keep opening and closing mouth.
If headache is severe you can take Paracetamol or other pain killers.
Try to remain well hydrated..
Hope you found the answer helpful.
