Suggest Treatment For Moderate Flatulence And Upper Back Pain

Question: Hi,
I am 26 years old & had a C section on Jan-2016. I gained 16 kgs during pregnancy & lost 4 kgs by now. But still even after 10 months post delivery i could not see my belly fat reducing (note i am breast-feeding). My lower abdomen looks normal but upper stomach looks bulged out (i look like a 7 months pregnant lady). Plus i got so much fat on both my arms. Also i suffer from moderate flatulence, burping (occurs most of the time in a day while/after eating even a little amount of food) & upper back pain. Due to this i dont feel hungry most of the time. Please help in advicing on how to reduce this. I do moderate walking & household chores.
Thanks,
XXXX

Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Yes dear it is hard to lose pregnancy fat and can take 6-7 months of vigorous diet and regular exercise to lose the same.
In diet best is to take a diet plan but as general precautions avoid sugar, potato, rice, banana, grapes, chikoo and all sweets.
Take double toned milk and avoid ghee in diet as much as possible.
Go for brisk walking of at least 30 mins at a stretch daily apart from routine household chores.
Download any health app which shows step walked a day so as to have a gauze of number of steps.
All the best
