Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
Thanks for writing.
I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.
moles since long time which are not increasing in number and size are no problem usually.
But if they are new and increasing in sizs and number then they need to be checked.
I would need answers to some questions.
1) Are you sure they werent there before?
2) Are they increasing in size or number?
3) Is there any pain or itch there.
4) How often does your skin get exposed to sun?

I have alopecia areata and had once removed a lesion which was diagnosed as lichenoid keratosis
I was seeking to get an opinion from a dermatologist that's what they showed me when I requested for a specialist
Here is some important info which you need to know.

Hello thanks for writing back
Adult onset Moles are always to be checked they may be simple moles , lichenoid keratosis, menalocytic nevus. But one has to evaluate the moles which weren't there since childhood. The type of mole which is a matter of concern is a Dysplastic (precancerous mole) and a melanoma (cancer).
On just looking at the mole it is hard to determine wether a mole is cancerous or not, they have to be removed and a biopsy has to be done for evaluation.
You should keep an eye on any that look different to your other moles in particular. Dysplastic moles are moles that look different to ordinary moles and may evolve to melanomas. If you have multiple dysplastic moles you are at greater risk of melanoma.
WHAT TO LOOK AT >>If you have any moles that are larger than most, have smudgy or irregular edges, are uneven in colour or have some pinkness, you should see a doctor and get them checked. If you notice a change in colour or shape, or the mole becomes itchy, painful or starts to bleed, see a doctor immediately.
Any moles that appear newly in adulthood should be checked. The most concerning sign, however, is a changing mole. Skin Analytics' service can help you check your moles regularly and spot changing moles as soon as possible.
The most common place for a melanoma in men is the back; in women, it is the lower leg.
Remember, you should be checking regularly, and if you do have a mole you're worried about, don't delay in seeing a doctor.
Seeing your picture there doesn't seem to be any mole which can clearly show a cancer or pre cancerous mole , i believe you will have to get a checkup and a biopsy done eventually.
