Brief Answer:
Possibility of a "Wart"
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have reviewed the photograph.
This seems to me more like a "Wart (Filiform)" rather than a Mole. This is an Infection caused By Human Herpes Virus (HPV).
If I was the treating doctor I would have removed it either with Radiofrequency cautery or CO 2 Laser Vaporization, under Local Anaesthesia.
I would suggest that you seek an appointment with a dermatologist in your region for the needful. Since this is a viral infection, it is important that you get rid of it as soon as possible, as there are chances that it may spread to other areas by autoinnoculation; shaving facilitating the spread of infection (warts).
