Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I can understand your concern regarding the skin lesions over genitals.
I have reviewed the picture you have attached.
It seems very clear that you are having Mollusca contagiosa (MC).
MC is caused by a virus known as the molluscum contagiosum virus (MCV).
This virus can be spread through:
Close direct contact – such as touching the skin of an infected person
Touching contaminated objects – such as towels, clothes etc
Sexual contact – this includes intimate physical contact as well as sexual intercourse
In your case, it seems most likely that you must have acquired it your sexual contact with affected partner.
In my patients of genital MC, I initially ask them to undergo some basic investigations like serum VDRL and HIV antibody as part of protocol.
Since its highly contagious, it is advisable to treat it promptly.
The best option of treatment in your case is needle extraction followed by electrocauterization of mollusca lesions. Make sure you get it done from a certified dermatologist only. Its a simple and effective procedure without any complications.

Hope you get well soon.

In case you require any more assistance from my side feel free to contact me.

Thanks
