Brief Answer:
Enlargd lymphnode
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking
Starting to your young age i will suggest you
1-EBV antibody test. For this test, a sample of blood is mixed with a substance that attaches to antibodies against EBV,for mononucleosis
If it is positive it is not cured with antibiotics
2-You also do you have a cat at home
3-Total blood count
Signs and symptoms of mononucleosis may include:
.Fatigue.
.Sore throat, perhaps a strep throat that doesn't get better with antibiotic use.
.Fever.
.Swollen lymph nodes in your neck and armpits.
.Swollen tonsils.
.Headache.
.Skin rash.
If all that tests are negative than maybe you need a lymphnode biopsy if they persist
Regards
