Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I have read your query in detail. I understand your concern.
Your problem is of motion sickness.
I advice you following ways of preventing it :
1. Take Tablet Cinnarizine 50 mg (Stugeron) at least 2-3 hours before starting your journey. You may repeat it after 8 hours if your journey is prolonged or you have to travel again.
If you take this medication just before you start your journey or once motion sickness has started, it won't work.
2. A combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone sustained release like Pantocid DSR one tablet on the morning of the journey.
I am sure these medications would help you a lot.
A lot of my patients with similar complaints have got immense relief with these medications.
This is my best advice for you to give you a happy and excited journey always with no sickness.
Still if you have any query. Please ask me.
