Suggest Treatment For Mouth Ulcers

My wife often gets mouth ulcers (white painful sors like) and she gets uncomfortable due to this and as per her doctors she gets due to heat in the stomach.
She gets such ulcers if she take any heavy medications and sometime without of any medications.
Please suggest some way to deal with these ulcers and also how to prevent them.

She can use Orajel apply over the ulcer 20 min before food. It numbs and she can have food. There are Lidocaine products available in the market that helps.
To find the root cause of ulcers it is also better to consult dentist to check if she has jagged teeth. Medications are known to cause oral ulcers but then if they essential medicines you need to use them with the side effects.
