What Causes A Pimple Like Bump Inside The Lips?

Question: Small pimple like has occurred on the back side of lips inside mouth, generally they disappear within certain period of time but one is there since last almost two weeks. May b its still there because i pressed it with teeth ( because of irritation, I guess). What should i do, image has been attached.

However, it indicates deficiency of vitamin B Complex.
Please take B folcin tablet once daily for one month to avoid frequent such ulcers.
Apply Orajel ( glycerine ) ointment on the ulcer five to six times a day.
Avoid eating oily, spicy food.
It should be better soon.
