Brief Answer:
could be enlarged axillary tail

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic .

The swelling may be due to enlarged axillary tail of breast. Usually these can be pressed completely . They will be soft . Usually both sides are affected. This is not a dangerous condition and don't require any treatment.

If the swelling is hard and couldn't be pressed completely then the possibility may lymph node or lipoma or cyst.but these usually occur on one side. Fnac is needed for confirm diagnosis . You may discuss with your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query . If any further queries are there I would love to help.

Regards
