Question: I was still covered under my x husvands insurance and the doctor found multiple kidney stones in both my kidneysl. She referred me to a specialist but in the meantime our divorce went through and I was left with no insurance right now; The doctor found the kidney stones about 45 days ago. I was standing in a Walgreens today waiting to chedck out and felt like I was going to black out and got dizzy. I dropped my products on the counter to get out to my car which was difficult. Then I started having pains in my stomach equal to a 4 to 5 in childbirth. I was not very lucid and was just dizzy. My urine is yellow but has a brown tone to it. The pains stayed on for about 3 hours then stopped feeling them. But when I roll over on my side or get up an entire large square space of my stomach feels so bruised and painful to the tough. My stomach is protruding a little bit but even just sxitting here there is this large square space encompassing my entire stomach that has a burning/bruised feeling. What is going on?

Brief Answer:
There are two possibilities for pain.

Detailed Answer:
Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you to my virtual clinic HCM!
I have carefully worked through your case, and can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns.

In my expert opinion this pain was due to the kidney stones. When the kidney stones move from their lodged position inside the urinary tract, they causing sheering pain so extreme that it almost makes a person dizzy and about to pass out.

It happens very often. I suggest you to consult a County district office for a Medicaid and once you have it, consult a Urologist/Nephrologist whosoever is near to your home.

It is necessary to get covered as you definitely may need emergency interventional procedure if a stone lodges some excretory passage way and cause obstruction to the flow of urine.

For such a pain you need to take Fioricet with codeine.

Take excess water, and, cranberry juice.

It doesn't seem to be related to the stomach.

Have a wonderful time ahead. Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have any further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you in no time. If satisfied here, please give a generous five star rating and don't forget to close the discussion.
For any disease you have, a timely follow-up after sometime regarding the treatment efficacy and to see any need to change the treatment options is very necessary. Keep a follow up some days after this visit session ends.
