Question: Multiple myeloma
How to handle and proceed?

I am lost for words. What are my best options for survival.

Diagnosed 8/12/2012 with smoldering multiple myeloma.

Diagnosed 7/5/2016 with multiple myeloma.

There are scattered small nospecific lucencies within the calvarium
Skeleton degenerative changes
Increase in size of a small Lucent lesion within the anterior aspect of the c 3 verteb body.
There are also scattered lucencies within the bilateral humeri and femurs which appear largerimore conspicuous when compared to the prior bone survey examination on 2/24/2015.

Hello dear. Please be relax. As you have developed bony lesions, you require treatment. Prior to that mspike, ldh and b2 miciglobulin and albumin test need to be done for staging purpose for prognosis.
Treatment suggested to you is fine. It will take care of the bone disease also.
