Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for coming to Healthcaremagic.

The neurological conditions you describe are chronic ones which need to be regularly followed with a neurologist.

Regarding multiple sclerosis I do not see in your treatment anything related to that condition. Usually multiple sclerosis is treated through some specific medications called disease modifying therapy like Interferons, glatiramer acetate, Fingolimod, Teriflunomide etc. They aim to slow down the progression of the disease in time. Apart from them when there is a relapse, an acute deterioration, steroids are some time used for some days.

As for peripheral neuropathy, it is a conditions which can have many many causes, so management varies also according to the cause. It is unclear what tests have you done to find the cause and what were their results. Looking at your history of gastric bypass, that could lead to impaired absorption of some nutrients which deficiency may lead to peripheral neuropathy. Most common elements are vitamin B1 (thiamine) and 12. For that reason levels of thiamine, copper, vitamin B12, methylmalonic acid, homocystine, vitamin D, iron, zinc, selenium, calcium, magnesium should be done in gastric bypass patients with peripheral neuropathy. If such deficiencies are found supplements must be given.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
