Question: I am a 32yrs boy.i have a problem of multiple sebaceous cryst on my scrotum.which is round in shape n hard.and sumtime it became a matured and if squeez it some thick white chees type thing is coming out.I have operated it before three four years but again it comes in different area not in operated area.sometimes I feel scared does it affect my sexual lyf?how I can removal all of these.I need a permanent solution.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of multiple sebaceous cysts on the scrotum.
Also noted that you were operate 3-4 years back.
The white material which comes out is called sebum, classical of sebaceous cysts.

I would advise you the following:
Clean the area 3 to 4 times with plain water and keep it dry.
Use loose underwear and pant.
Avoid hot and humid atmosphere.
Consult a Surgeon and get operated if advised you so.
Please post clear pictures so that I can advise you more.
