Question: I thnk I have pulled a muscle under my right breast it hurts , when I take a deep breath, or turn or reach with it

Hi,
The fact that pain occurring on movement or deep breath, suggest muscle strain or pull.

I advice you-

Take proper rest and avoid activities that aggravate the pain.
You can take ibuprofen for pain relief.
Applying muscle relaxant gel and doing hot fomentation will be helpful.
