Suggest Treatment For Muscle Strain Over The Back And Rib

Question: I was jumping on a small trampoline for exercise. After 8 minutes, my upper back - rib cage- was aching so much I could not continue. I wanted to to 10 minutes, so 2 days later, I tried to do the last 2 minutes. I managed but with a lot of pain. The next day I tried again but was in agony after 1 minute. 24 hours later, I am in more pain. I have taken disprin and the pain has eased while lying still. However, any moving, or trying to sit up is excruciating. Can you tell me what I have done, and why I should feel this way. I have used this type of exercise a lot before, but not for a few months. I have had pleurisy a few years ago. It is the same pain, but I have no cough or noticeable temperature. I am 69 years. I need to work tomorrow.
