Suggest Treatment For Muscular Cramps In The Arm

Incoordination and Intentional Tremors likely due to Cerebellar involvement
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HealthCareMagic.com I am Dr.J XXXXXXX Anto Bruno Mascarenhas, and I am here to help you. I have read your question with care and understand that you
have tremors in your right arm and due to this, you are not able to do any actions rapidly and find difficult to brush your teeth and share and difficult to take your purse from pocket and you have incoordination while writing too
All these point out to Cerebellar Dysfunction
Cerebellar Dysfunction can be either a primary problem of Cerebellum or it can be a complication of Cervical Spondylosis
You have taken the MRI 2 years ago, but the right arm incoordination is there for the past one year
So, now You have to do
1. MRI Brain with Emphasis on Posterior Fossa
2. MRI Cervical Spine
Again now to do know the level and extent of the problem
After these test, we can proceed with the appropriate treatment
Hope you found the answer helpful.
If you need any clarification / have doubts / have additional questions / have follow up questions, then please do not hesitate in asking again. I will be happy to answer your questions.
