Question: Hi,
i do breath from mouth during night but now a days getting pain in the mouth .
upper mouth above tingue

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having nasal blockage & congestion with post nasal drip (PND) causing pain in throat.

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
consult ENT specialist for ENT examination & if require nose endoscopy .

Till then , use Saline nasal rinse or spray thrice daily like solspre nasal spray ,
Antihistaminic Tab Claritin (Loratadine 10mg) at night ,
Tab paracetamol twice daily &
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily like Betadine .

You will get relief .
