Brief Answer:
Use antihistamine
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM
I understand your concerns but don't worry. You may take the following measures to help her out:
1. Nebulise her with NORMAL SALINE solution 3-4 times for decongestion of nose.
2. Start her on antihistamine such as Syp. Chlorpheniramine or Benadryl for next 3-5 days. Avoid giving high doses as these drugs also have sedative action.
3. Offer regular feeds and plenty of fluids to maintain hydration. Warm water, soups, warm food is good.
4. use room humidifier while sleeping if the whether is dry.
Hopefully this will be useful. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.

Can u plz specify any nebulization medicine also
Brief Answer:
levolin or Salbutamol
Detailed Answer:
Hi
There is no need any nebulizer therapy except normal saline for just cough and nasal congestion.
You may nebulize with bronchodilators like levolin or salbutamol if the cough is associated with pulmonary wheeze.
Ideally, a child should be clinically examined by a pediatrician for pulmonary wheeze before starting any such medications.
Hopefully this will be helpful.
